SHIPMENT

Which countries do we ship to?

We currently ship to Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Belgium.
At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, and Madeira.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to mainland Spain is free for orders over €40 and €3.99 for orders under €40. To check shipping costs for other delivery zones, please visit our shipping policy.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery is within 24 hours for orders within mainland Spain placed before 13:00. For the Balearic Islands, delivery time is 2-3 days, for Portugal it is 1-4 days, and for other countries we ship to, it is 3-7 days. You can consult our shipping policy for more information on shipping methods and costs.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe and have not heard about your package, please email us at info@itecamsport.com so we can investigate what happened.

ORDER

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your orders in your account. Additionally, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link so you can see its location in real time.

Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?

If you need to make a change or cancel a purchase, contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp at 722 15 48 28. If the order has not yet been packaged, we will manage it without problems. Once shipped, we will not be able to make changes.

I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, check if the email you entered when purchasing is correct or contact us to verify if your purchase was registered correctly.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I exchange or return a product I've purchased?

Yes, if the size doesn't fit or you're not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it.

Are exchanges and returns free?

Exchanges are free from €19.99 (valid for the Peninsula and for amounts under €19.99, the cost is €3.99).

Returns are free for collections made in the Peninsula (shipping costs will not be refunded if any were incurred). For the Balearic Islands, the cost is €12. For other European countries, the cost is €15.


*Only one free size exchange is allowed. From the second exchange onwards, the cost will be €3.99.
*Only 5 items per customer can be returned each year.

How many days do I have to make an exchange or return?

You have 20 days from the date of purchase. After this period, you will no longer be able to request an exchange or refund.

How do I request an exchange or a refund?

Email us at info@itecamsport.com or send us a WhatsApp message or call us at 722154828 to request an exchange or return.

What requirements must the order meet to be eligible for return?

We only collect items that are unused and unstained. They must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were delivered. Do not cut the tag unless you are sure you are going to keep it.

How should I prepare an order that I don't want?

Pack the order in a sealed bag without damaging the products.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order with a card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

How do I apply a discount code?

On the checkout screen, you will see a box that says "Discount Code" or "Add Discount". Type it there, click "Apply" and you will see how your purchase total is updated before paying.

I can't apply a discount code, what can I do?

This is usually due to one of three reasons: it has expired, it cannot be combined with other offers, or it has not been entered correctly. If you believe it should work, please contact us at info@itecamsport.com or by calling 722 15 48 28.

I have completed my purchase, how can I check if I did it correctly?

Once your purchase is complete, we will send you an email confirming your order. If you do not receive it, please let us know so we can check if your purchase was successful.

Are the items in the cart reserved?

No, adding products to your cart does not guarantee their reservation. The product will not be yours until you complete your purchase.

How do I know my size?

You will find a size chart on each product page. If you don't know how to take measurements, visit our size guide.

I want a product that is out of stock, what can I do?

You can contact us to find out when it will be available again.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or the product is defective?

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us at info@itecamsport.com.

Is an account necessary to make a purchase?

We recommend you have one because it will be all advantages. If you have an account, you can speed up your next purchases, as you won't have to re-enter your details, and you can check your order history.

How do I register?

You can create your account using the user icon at the top of the website.

Can I modify my data?

Yes, once you access your client panel, you will be able to edit your addresses and contact information.

I want to close my account, how do I do it?

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your data and permanently close your account, please send us an email at info@itecamsport.com.
